Sticky Baked pudding
Golden Cloud Muffin mixes are versatile and easy to use. Use our Golden Cloud Muffin mixes to create this sticky baked pudding that will hit every sweet spot!

Ingredients
Baked pudding:
- 1kg Golden Cloud Muffin mix Vanilla
- 250ml Melted Butter
- 5 Eggs
- 250ml Milk
- 5ml Vanilla essence or paste
- 200g Dates
- 100ml Hot water
- Sauce:
- 200g Sugar
- 400ml Cream
Serve with:
- 100g Wilson's Cream Caramel
- 100ml Cream
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Pour hot water over dates and set aside.
- Mix all the wet ingredients together of the batter.
- Combine the wet ingredients into the Golden Cloud Vanilla muffin mix and add reconstituted dates. Mix until combined.
- In a prepared muffin tray, fill each tray up 1/2 full and bake for 15-20 min.
- Sauce to pour over dessert: Heat cream and add sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Set aside ready to pour over the desserts as soon as they are taken out of the oven.
- Don't let it cool down, but poke holes using a skewer pouring over the warm sugar cream sauce and letting it soak in.
- In a microwave safe bowl, heat cream and add in Wilson's Cream caramels. Stir until you have the perfect caramel sauce.
- Plate each dessert individually or on a platter with KOO preserved Fruit and your choice of whipped cream, ice-cream or custard.
