Smoothie bowl

Smoothie bowls can be nutritious, Instagram ready and refreshing on hot summer mornings.
Ingredients
  • 1 Banana, ripe
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 30 g Original Morvite
  • 15 ml Honey
  • 30 ml Yogurt

Garnish:

  • 30 g Berries of your choice
  • 5 ml Honey
Method
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. For a smoothie bowl, focus on getting an icy thick consistency by using ice and fruit for the best texture.  Should you want a more drinkable consistency, add more liquid to the mix.  
  2. Pour smoothie mixture into suitable serving container.
  3. Garnish with fresh berries, mint and a drizzle of honey.
