Ingredients
- 1 Banana, ripe
- 1 cup Ice
- 30 g Original Morvite
- 15 ml Honey
- 30 ml Yogurt
Garnish:
- 30 g Berries of your choice
- 5 ml Honey
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. For a smoothie bowl, focus on getting an icy thick consistency by using ice and fruit for the best texture. Should you want a more drinkable consistency, add more liquid to the mix.
- Pour smoothie mixture into suitable serving container.
- Garnish with fresh berries, mint and a drizzle of honey.
