Colman's BBQ Basting
This is a mustard based BBQ sauce that will blow your socks off. Pulled pork sandwiches cannot be complete without this sauce!

Ingredients
- 180 ml Colman's Dijon mustard
- 125 ml Honey
- 50 g Brown sugar
- 125 ml Apple cider vinegar
- 30 ml All Gold tomato sauce
- 15 ml Colman's Holbrooks Worcestershire sauce
- 5 g Garlic powder
- Pinch Cayanne pepper
- 2,5 g Salt
Method
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Add to a small pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Let the mixture cool down and transfer to a sealable jar.
- Let the basting refrigerate for at least 1 day for the flavours to develop.
- Use over ribs, chicken or pork belly.
