Colman's BBQ Basting

This is a mustard based BBQ sauce that will blow your socks off.  Pulled pork sandwiches cannot be complete without this sauce! 
Ingredients
  • 180 ml  Colman's Dijon mustard 
  • 125 ml Honey
  • 50 g  Brown sugar
  • 125 ml  Apple cider vinegar 
  • 30 ml  All Gold tomato sauce 
  • 15 ml  Colman's Holbrooks Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 g  Garlic powder 
  • Pinch  Cayanne pepper 
  • 2,5 g  Salt
Method
  1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a large bowl. 
  2. Add to a small pot and simmer for 10 minutes. 
  3. Let the mixture cool down and transfer to a sealable jar.  
  4. Let the basting refrigerate for at least 1 day for the flavours to develop. 
  5. Use over ribs, chicken or pork belly.
