SA Breakfast: Phutu pap, eggs, sausage, and Master Chef All Gold pap relish

Differentiate your breakfast menu from the rest by being proudly South African. 
Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs                        
  • 3 Streaky Bacon slices                         
  • 80g Boerewors                         
  • 60g  ACE Maize, cooked (follow package instructions)                         
  • 30ml Master Chef All Gold Spicy Pap Relish (heated to serving temperature)                          
  • 20g Wilted Spinach         
 
Method
  1. Grill bacon slices, boerewors and eggs to order.                                
  2. On a warm plate, place your Ace pap of choice, crispy bacon, boerewors, eggs and wilted spinach.                                
  3. Top off your Ace pap with heated Master Chef All Gold Spicy Pap Relish.                                 
  4. Serve your hot plate of SA's best to your patron.
