Golden Cloud Pancake cake

Ingredients
- 500 g Golden Cloud pancake premix (prepared as per packaging instructions for pancakes)
- 1000 ml Whipping cream
- 2 tins KOO pear halves 410 g
- 200 ml All Gold fig jam
Method
- Prepare the filling:
In a mixing bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. - Assemble the cake:
Lay one pancake on a serving plate or cake stand.
Spread a thin layer of fig jam over the pancake.
Place a few slices of pears on top of the fig jam.
Spread a layer of whipped cream over the pears.
Repeat the layers until you've used all the pancakes, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top. - Decorate the cake:
If desired, garnish the top of the cake with sliced fresh figs and chopped pistachios for added flavour and decoration. - Chill the cake:
Place the assembled cake in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the layers to set and flavours to meld together. - Serve:
Once chilled, slice the cake into portions and serve. Enjoy your delicious, layered pancake cake with fig jam, whipped cream, and pears!
